Minnesota House Bill 4021 “Residential treatment admission requirements for children experiencing mental health crises” is being heard in the House on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
This bill will increase placements in Residential Treatment Facilities for youth in crisis and will eliminate the requirement that a child undergoes an assessment prior to admission.
